November, 1930, No. A/474, regarding the securities

deposited with us on account of the note issue of the

Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation in Hong Kong

and the Straits Settlements, I have the honour to report,

for the information of the Secretary of State, that we

have released £282,000 31% Conversion Loan Bonds 1961

or after to the Bank, and have received in exchange

£230,000 41% Conversion Loan Bonds 1940/44.
